At Parkstone Property Management, we started from humble beginnings with a single property in Kissimmee, FL. Our success is a direct testament to our commitment to providing exceptional service and delivering results for our clients. We keep our area of operations small, with all of our homes being within a radius that allows us to operate efficiently and effectively. Trying to zig zag back and forth across multiple counties does not make for a very productive operation.
Proactivity and accountability are words we live by. We take a proactive approach to property management. We believe in preventative maintenance and always staying ahead of any potential issues. Our approach ensures that your property is always operating at its best and avoids any costly repairs down the line. It is far easier to be proactive rather than reactive.
We focus solely on the maintenance and upkeep of our client's properties. This is where we are unlike the vast majority of other vacation rental managers; we specifically cater to owners who do their own bookings. This allows us to focus all our energy on your physical property to make sure it is always in tip top shape.
Our cleaning and maintenance team is at the top of their game. We can tackle nearly any issue that commonly arises in a vacation home. We also have an extensive network of licensed contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, pool techs, etc, that we can call upon for a task that is out of our realm of expertise.
Our team has more than 30 years combined experience in the industry. Our owners, Michael & Jaycee Giddens, are always available to speak with owners and guests directly and are very involved in the day to day operations of the business. Communication is key for them.
If you are worried about taking over your own bookings, fear not! We are happy to guide owners towards a path of booking success and have programs available for booking assistance if needed. Over the years we have helped dozens of owners step into the role of successful "involved owner" and helped them realize the benefits of doing so.
One thing our owners love about our program is that we bundle our pricing. No nickel and dime invoicing from us! We are not trying to make our clients go broke. We are here for our clients best interests and want your investment to remain successful and profitable.

For repairs and maintenance outside of the bundle, we make every effort to fix the issue "in house". Generally, we only have outside contractors address issues when it exceeds the scope of our expertise.
